Amy has a great design and fashion sense and will gladly help stage your property so that it shows to its fullest potential. She will run open houses exhaustively until a contract is signed. Amy has strong negotiating skills and pre-qualifies every buyer before presenting offers. She meticulously prepares and presents co-op board applications.

Amy also works effectively with buyers of all types from first-time buyers, relocating executives, pied-a-terres (second residence) to investors. When she's not helping her clients realize their real estate dreams, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, working out, gardening and taking advantage of all the cultural venues the city has to offer. Prior to real estate, Amy was a VP Marketing in the fashion, retail and technology industries. She has an MBA from Babson College and BSBA from Boston U., School of Management. Amy is originally from Maine.
